About This Architecure Project

The client wanted to redesign a villa building, the ground floor of which included a swimming pool and a parking lot.

The building built in a period when its neighbors were all villas. But now it was surrounded by apartments.

Therefore, the design of the form , mass and facade of the building was done on the basis of limiting the view of the building and controlling privacy

For this purpose, wooden louvres were installed in the front windows. Also, the building is formed using walls that controlled the view based on the orientation of the surrounding buildings
