design process

A residential unit with two bedrooms and With a very large terrace overlooking the sea ... The terrace that should be a warm place for living life. ... But basically it was a space for installations, coolers and packages! A place where there was a big column in the middle and it was necessary to think about it.

Due to the conditions of this project, it was not possible to make fundamental changes in it, and it was only possible to modify its appearance.

However, there were some problems that could not be easily ignored. For example, the size of the kitchen was too small and there was an unused space in front of it, and the middle column of the terrace was also very inconsistent.

Since the facade of the building was white and all the neighbors' balconies were white, it was not possible to change the color. Therefore, we covered the roof and walls of the terrace .

These were used in the ceiling, for lighting, and in the walls, to cover the cooler and package installations. Also , It was placed on the column. And in front of it, a small flower-box was placed.
