Alireza Houbakht (born14th January 1990) is an architect and designer based in Tehran, Iran. His works and designs mostly emphasize on the connection of architectural space and environment. Also his studies focus on contemporary paradigm shifts of politics, economy and culture in Iran and their impacts on architectural and urban practices.
He holds Master of Architecture from Tehran University and Bachelor of Architecture from Central Tehran Branch of Islamic Azad University. He has worked with several well-known architects in Iran such as Reza Daneshmir, Shahab Mirzaeian and Hooman Talebi and made his impact on some radical projects like Ava Centre, Imax Comlpex, Juan apartment, Fast Villa, etc. Since beginning of 2017 he has decided to work as a freelance architect in Tehran.
