The "Iran Mall" , formerly named "Tat Mall" , located in Tehran's district 22 (Chitgar lake district) will be, assumedly, the largest shopping center in the world with almost 1.2 million square meters of constructed area and over 2.1 million square meters total area.

The project will host a large shopping center, hotel tower, offices, theme park, sports complex, cinema and many eateries and food courts. In 2017 the client decided to build a standard tennis court on the roof of the project. Situated at the roof floor of in-progress Iran mall commercial Centre project, 25000 square meter tennis court is supposed to represent itself in harmony with through the entire project. As a consequence the form sits similarly to the adjacent oval dome of car show sector. In addition transparent façade of the project connect exterior and interior suitably.
