facade design for an apartment in 130 st. go back to all projects

  • About the Project

Although we believe that a project yields the best results when an architect handles it from start to finish, some projects come to us partially completed. This was one such project, where the plans were drawn by other firms, construction had started, and even the sloped roof structure was in place.

We were tasked with designing the facade based on the existing situation.

This project, located at the end of a dead-end alley, had a budget-conscious client and a utility pole right in front of it. These descriptions summarize the state of the 130th Street project.

Perhaps it wasn't possible to create something that would win international awards, but we aimed to deliver a respectable and acceptable design.

In the limited areas where we had the freedom to design as we wished, we did our best to create the best possible outcome for this project.

Next, we will review a video of the project's progress, render images, and what has been executed.
