About The project:
This project addressed the interior design of a contractor's office, requiring its division into a manager's office, a meeting room, two staff workspaces, and a suitable lobby and entrance. A key client request was positioning the manager's and meeting rooms to overlook the main facade, despite an angled wall.
We minimized alterations to the existing structure, utilizing current rooms for staff and manager spaces. The large central area was divided for the meeting room and waiting area.
The receptionist's desk was placed on the entry axis for visibility, with a distinct floor color guiding the path.
To enhance natural light in the waiting area, we used glass partitions. This visually connected the spaces while maintaining functional separation, creating a more expansive feel.
The manager's room's angled wall presented a challenge. We used strategic placement of built-in closets and elements to achieve a balanced geometry.
"One of the staff workspaces was configured as an open office. Adjacent to the waiting area, this space was separated by a glass partition. For visual privacy, a shelving unit was integrated within the glass, providing both coverage and functionality.
