About the project

Located by a tranquil lakeside in a park, this project envisioned a unique flower and plant exhibition within a glass greenhouse. Unlike conventional greenhouses, it was designed to engage in dialogue with its surroundings, stand as a memorable landmark, and host the beauty and freshness of plants.

The design began with the form and structure, emphasizing architectural expression. The structural elements were conceived not as concealed supports but as integral, visible components defining the project’s identity.

Adjacent to a bridge crossing the lake, the exhibition’s entry plaza extended the pathway from the bridge, creating a cohesive connection. The interaction between the bridge and the greenhouse shaped the project’s design, reinforcing its connection to the site.

Visitors entering from the bridge encountered a circular central space offering a panoramic view of the flowers and plants. This space oriented them before beginning their journey through the exhibition. The sequence led from the upper level into the greenhouse, culminating at the lower level. Upon exiting, visitors arrived at a seating area overlooking the lake and surrounding landscape, offering moments of rest and interaction.

This project harmonizes architecture and nature, providing a space that is both functional and unforgettable.
