  • About The project:

    We designed an IT company office located in a commercial building near Valiasr Square, Tehran, Iran. The unit had a non-standard layout with 45-degree diagonal lines and needed to accommodate numerous employees across two main departments: programming and sales, along with spaces for management and meetings.

    To minimize disruption and expedite the project, we retained most existing walls, focusing on efficient use of the limited area. The smallest room was divided into management and meeting spaces, the central room was assigned to programming, and the largest room housed the sales team, with a secure partitioned area for the finance department.

    The kitchenette was placed near the restroom due to plumbing constraints, and the dining area was integrated with the lobby, separated by a wooden partition.

    To enhance the perceived space in smaller rooms, we used fine wooden elements and small-scale details, creating a modern and open atmosphere despite the compact layout.

  • Design proccess and Conceptual Layout

    From the three existing rooms, the smallest one was divided into two sections to accommodate management and meeting spaces. The central room was designated for the programming department, while the largest room was allocated to the sales team. Additionally, part of the larger room was assigned to the finance department, secured with a lockable iron partition to prevent theft of the safe.

    Given the need for a dining area and kitchenette, these spaces were designed near the restroom, considering plumbing constraints. To optimize space, the dining area was combined with the lobby (secretary’s office) and separated by a wooden partition.
